Standard payment terms for standard products
The delivery terms of the VDMA are stating the usual industry terms to the
subject payment, which should be effective too for standard products from
H.F. MEYER. Unless agreed differently in written form, the
VDMA-regulations are effective at payment referring to orders to
H.F. MEYER Company, (see delivery terms – prices and payment).

Individual delivery terms for individual products
Due to the fact that MEYER supplies mostly customized products, these have
to be normally pre-financed by the purchaser on a larger scale (risk-sharing).
Unless a basic agreement exists between purchaser and MEYER, the payment terms
have to be negotiated separately at custom-built- and made-to-measure products.
